How much does a new kitchen cost?

It will depend on a number of factors, are you looking for a simple kitchen refit? Or would you like to extend your kitchen and knock through walls? When we come to quote, we'll assess the space, discuss ideas and get a rough indication of budget so we can make the best recommendation for you.

Do I need planning permission for my new kitchen?

It's unlikely you'll need to gain planning permission for your new kitchen, however if you're extending the footprint of the house there will be a number of conditions and limits to extending your home, it's advised to check the government planning portal for the most up to date guidance in this area.

Will a new kitchen add value to my home?

A new kitchen will make your property more appealing to buyers and, according to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), can add as much as 4% to its value.

How long does a new kitchen take to install?

Again, this depends on a range of factors from the size of the kitchen to moving plumbing. When we provide a quote for extending your home, we'll be able to give you an indication of how long it will take.
